Bigg Boss 11: I was paid Rs 25000 per week: Zubair Khan

Bigg Boss is always high on drama and while we pretend to be above it all, one cannot deny the fact that it indeed is intriguing. Season 11 of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show kick started on an enthusiastic not and if you think this season was any different from the rest, hold that thought right there.

7 days on, the show saw two evictions already. While Priyank Sharma seemed to be out of the picture completely, contestant Zubair Khan doesn’t seem to have taken his ouster very well. After getting onto the wrong side of Bhaijaan, Salman reprimanded Zubair for using foul language in the house and being rude to the ladies in his Weekend Ka Vaar episode. In retaliation, Zubair popped some pills and attempted suicide, eventually was rushed to the hospital. Salman later announced he had been eliminated with low votes.

But Zubair was in no mood to take no for an answer. He filed a complaint against Salman for threatening him and also sought help from Help Care Foundation. In an EXCLUSIVE interview to Times Now Zubair has thrown various allegations at the channel, the show and it’s much loved host. While reports claim Zubair was thrown out of the house, the ex-contestant begs to differ. “Mujhe Salman wapis bulara tha, main nikal ke aaya hoon. Mujhe bulare the aap aaiye, sir aapko paise milenge mujhe double triple nahi chahiye, tel lene gaye. Main thookta hoon aese paiso pe jaha kisi majab ka, kisi community ka mazak udaya jaayega.” (Salman was calling me back on the show. He told me you come back you will get money, I said I don’t want double or triple the money. I spit on such money, which pokes fun at a community.)

In his recent interaction with Pop Diaries, Zubair leaked some important details about Bigg Boss show and even disclosed the amount he was being paid per week to be on the show. “The contract was of two years. I would have gotten Rs 25,000 every week. After two years, I would have gotten Rs 50,000 every month. Free ka paisa kisko bura lagta hai!”

Not afraid of Salman Khan and his connections, Zubair told Times Now that he will approach everyone from PM to CM in the matter. “Leke jaunga bhai, wo bhagwan thodi hai bhai woh Vivek Oberoi ko ghar pe baithaenga, Arijit Singh ko film se nikalenga. Bhai mere paas khone ke liye kuch nahi hai, Salman Ke paas bahot kuch hai.” (Salman is not God, he will make Vivek Oberoi sit at home, he will remove Arijit Singh from a movie, I do not have anything to loose. But Salman Khan has a lot at stake.)

While Zubair Khan seems to have a lot of shocking revelations to make we wonder what would Salman Khan’s reaction to all these allegations would be. Should he be worried? Is Bigg Boss really scripted? Your guess is as good as ours.
