TV actor Kinshuk Mahajan aka Ranvir of STAR Plus’ Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai loves to keep himself fit by not dieting but by eating nutritious food at regular intervals.We spoke to Kinshuk Mahajan (Ranvir) who said, â€œI donâ€™t believe in dieting but I am aware that one must eat healthy food at regular intervals to keep our body and mind fresh. So before coming on the sets, I get up early morning I do basic yoga then I eat corn flakes with skimmed milk and have boiled eggs.â€
Further he said that, â€œOn the sets, if I am shooting under the heat then I carry juices and the one main thing one which I must have is water because it helps us to hydrate in the heat and then I eat food in the correct time and I avoid the sets food which is unhygienic and oily. So I prefer to home cooked food which is healthy.”
“After many incidences of our co-actors like fainting on the sets, I have realized the importance to keep my stomach and body energetic because of our weird working timings and I donâ€™t go to the gym but I do a little of yoga to de stress myself.â€
