The Fascinating Journey of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa – Dancing with the Stars is now into its second week. Some breathtaking performances, gorgeous looking contestants, and not to forget, a motivating ambience, all summed up to give us a Grand Gala Start to the Second Season of Jhalak, last week. The second week will now see Samba and Jive come alive, as the 12 participants will strive hard to remain in contention.

While the honors for the first week went to Sandhya Mridul and Ronit Roy, the second week will see a tough fight, as the remaining contestants have pulled up their socks, and have vouched to give their best. This vast improvement in the standard of performances will be the highlight of this Friday’s episode.

If you felt Cyrus Broacha was included just to give a fun element to the show, then watch out, as this guy is sure to surprise you with his dancing skills. Tapur Chaterjee, the lady of the ramp, is recharged, and gives a breathtaking performance, which clearly signals to others that she has a fire in her belly. Mir Ranjan Negi and Sudha Chandran once again walk away with a standing ovation. Sonali Kulkarni, Prachi Desai, Mini Mathur and Mika show to all, that they are turning out to be tough competitors, while Jay and Aadesh have sweat it out with long hours of practice, to come up with some great moves. Well, the fight is on, and the going is getting tougher…

While the contestants struggle to keep their best foot forward, Mona Singh and Rohit Roy have proven to be great hosts. Urmila and Jeetendra are proving to be judges of caliber while Shiamak’s Hindi vocabulary is growing by leaps and bounds! Its dance, music, laughter loaded with fun on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
